Service Levels

• Starter Package: Basic chatbot with up to 20 FAQs (£150 setup + £40/month)
• Professional Package: Advanced chatbot with unlimited scenarios (£200 setup + £50/month)
• Enterprise Package: Custom solutions for multiple locations or complex requirements

What We Don't Provide

Our chatbots are designed for customer service and information sharing. We do not provide:

• Financial advice or transactions
• Medical diagnosis or health advice
• Legal advice or consultation
• Services that require professional licensing

Your Obligations

Information Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about your business for chatbot training. This includes business hours, services, pricing, and contact information.

Content Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that all content provided for your chatbot:

• Is accurate and up-to-date
• Does not infringe on third-party rights
• Complies with applicable laws and regulations
• Does not contain harmful, offensive, or misleading information

Reasonable Use

Our services are designed for legitimate business use. You agree not to use our chatbots for spam, automated harassment, or any activities that could harm our platform or other users.

Payment Terms

Pricing Structure

Our transparent pricing includes:

• One-time setup fee: £150-200 depending on package
• Monthly hosting fee: £40-50 per month
• No hidden costs: All fees are disclosed upfront

Payment Schedule

• Setup fee is due upon project commencement
• Monthly fees are billed in advance on the same date each month
• We accept bank transfers, major credit cards, and business accounts
• VAT will be added where applicable

Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on setup fees. If you're not satisfied with your chatbot within 30 days of launch, we'll refund your setup fee in full.

Late Payments

Monthly services may be suspended for accounts more than 14 days overdue. We'll always contact you before any suspension to resolve payment issues.

Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain full ownership of all business information, content, and data you provide. We use this information solely to create and maintain your chatbot service.

Our Technology

QueryStream retains ownership of our AI technology, platform, and underlying code. You receive a license to use the chatbot we create for your business.

Custom Chatbot

The specific chatbot created for your business is yours to use for the duration of our service agreement. However, the underlying technology and framework remain our intellectual property.

Data Usage and Privacy

Data Ownership

All customer interaction data generated by your chatbot belongs to you. We provide analytics and reporting, but you own the underlying data.

Data Processing

We process data solely for:

• Providing and improving your chatbot service
• Generating performance analytics and reports
• Ensuring system security and reliability
• Complying with legal obligations

Data Portability

Upon request, we'll provide your data in a standard format. If you terminate our services, we'll assist with data export within 30 days.

Limitation of Liability

Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We're not liable for temporary outages due to maintenance, third-party issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

AI Limitations

AI chatbots may occasionally provide incorrect or incomplete responses. While we train them thoroughly, you remain responsible for verifying important information and maintaining human oversight.

Liability Cap

Our total liability for any claims arising from our services is limited to the amount you've paid us in the preceding 12 months, up to a maximum of £5,000.

Business Impact

We're not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or business interruption. Our chatbots are tools to assist your business, but you retain responsibility for customer relationships and business outcomes.

Termination

Your Right to Cancel

You may cancel our services at any time with 30 days' written notice. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees.

Refund Policy

• Setup fees are refundable within 30 days of launch (money-back guarantee)
• Monthly fees are non-refundable but services continue until the end of the paid period
• We'll provide data export assistance for 30 days after termination

Service Suspension

We may suspend services for:

• Non-payment after 14 days and appropriate notice
• Violation of these terms or acceptable use policies
• Activities that could harm our platform or other users

Data After Termination

Your data will be securely deleted within 90 days of service termination, unless legally required to retain it longer.

Contact and Modifications

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally to reflect service improvements or legal requirements. We'll notify existing customers of significant changes via email at least 30 days in advance.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved through UK courts or alternative dispute resolution.
